Our latest Stylebook came out a few weeks ago. The Roving Home Stylebooks feature pieces from our online shop, put together in different scenarios and living it up. Click the image for more. Photography by Esther Mathieu of Rockport.
A few highlights from our February Stylebook, published last week in collaboration with photographer Esther Mathieu. Vintage lighting is featured as well as a few handmade pieces, and we even managed to throw a little winter beach party in spite of the season. (But don’t worry: a crackling fire, vintage quilts & hot chocolate kept us warm!) For the whole stylebook, just click the image below. Need to know more about any of the featured products? Links to specific items can be found right inside the pages of the stylebook itself. Next month’s stylebook will feature more images of interiors and a few other surprises. Stay tuned!
Our First Photoshoot…
Many of you have probably already taken a peek at our first Roving Home Stylebook, created in collaboration with the talented photographer Esther Mathieu. It was a lot of fun to feature a few of the pieces from The Roving Home store, and it was great to work with Esther, whose approach to photography captures that Scandinavian quality of light that is not only beautiful in itself, but beautifully brings out the best in vintage-style interiors. Page through our January 2012 Stylebook (a link is at the bottom of the post) and be sure to check out Esther’s work HERE.

…And our First Giveaway…
In our online store we occasionally feature a bit of vintage-style glamor. This is the case with our mercury glass tealight holders. They catch the light beautifully and are perfect for a window sill or table top with their low profile and timeless looks. So, in conjunction with our new Facebook page, found HERE, we’re going to give away a Set of Three Mercury Glass Candleholders. Just head over to Facebook and hit the LIKE button for our page — and please recommend it to vintage-minded friends of yours. When The Roving Home page hits the magic number of LIKES, we’ll pull a random name from the list and let you know via Facebook that you’re the winner. Your mercury glass candleholders will be shipped off to you as just in time for Christmas.
